Casino Buenos Aires Online

16 reviews of Casino Buenos Aires 'This is a small casino that is for locals (I can't imagine a tourist coming here and enjoying it) and is all around quite depressing. I don't really suggest coming here, unless you've got an itch to scratch, and even then I think you should reconsider. This place is cramped and claustrophobic. If you go during the day, the atmosphere is thick & suffocating.

The government of the Argentinian province of BuenosAires has authorized the reopening of casinos and bingo halls on December 14.

According to the Provincial Institute of Lotteries and Casinos – the IPLyC – the venues will only be able to operate slot machines and under strict sanitary protocols.

The Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Province, CarlosBianco, confirmed the move at an Institute meeting yesterday, attended by business representatives, trade union members and the President and Vice President of the regulator, OmarGaldurralde and MaríaLauraGarcía.

The approval follows several meetings between provincial authorities and the local gambling regulator. On December 14, the gambling halls will have been shuttered for nine as a consequence of mandatory national and provincial lockdowns.

The IPLyC said that the protocol will determine that people at a greater risk won’t be able to enter the casinos and bingo halls.

RobertoPáez, General Secretary of the Mar del Plata Casinos Maestranza Union, talked to the local press and said that the sector was waiting on guidelines for reopening.

“The truth is that we don’t clearly know how the activity will be developed or how the schedules and the employees will be affected, but we’re sure that we will know all the specifications eventually,” said Páez.

Casinos in the city of Buenos Aires received the green light to reopen last week, but with limited capacity. The Hipódromo de Palermo and the CasinoFlotante de Puerto Madero can operate at a 20 or 30 per cent capacity, depending on ventilation in their betting rooms.

Argentine capital city Buenos Aires has finally approved a legislation to regulate online gaming. The regulations are set to come into force by the end of the year 2020.

Trip To Buenos Aires Argentina

Online gaming regulation proposal was first made by city lottery organization, LOTBA, which was not permitted in the 2018 gaming legislation.

The implementation of new regulations would grant local companies the access to virtual sector and the land based casino operators to launch their services online.

The regulation would also enable six other companies that had applied for licences almost two years ago to participate in the digital market. The city expects online gaming to generate US$6.6 million in taxes.

The Indian Wire had earlier reported that the legislature is pushing for a ‘clean record’ to tackle problem gambling and organized crime rackets, which was voted in affirmative by the legislature.

The legislation also provides for non-granting of licenses to those who have faced judicial prosecution in the past.

Myriam Bregman of the Socialist Workers’ Party – Leftist Front (PTS), stated to the newspaper Perfil “The legislature, far from dealing with anything related to the pandemic, has begun to launch a mega-business of online gaming”.

The head of the Cambiemos Party in the legislature said, “It’s a broad and comprehensive law, which establishes very important limitations and restrictions in order to avoid the development of pathological behaviours and protect those that suffer from this illness”, reported by Focusgn.
